Dr Graham Russell

Dr Graham Russell, BBC Producer Director (Science Unit). Graham, who has a doctorate in molecular modelling, came in to TV production as a production trainee where he worked on a variety of comedy and entertainment programmes. He then joined the BBC Innovations Unit where he investigated ways to use emerging camera, edit and effects technologies in TV production. He has been part of the BBC Science Unit for 4 Years and in that time he's worked on a variety of factual output including Jimmy's Food Factory, The One Show and Inside the Animal Mind. His work on BBC resulted in 2 Royal Television Society Award nominations.  One for Afterlife, a 90 minute special about decomposition and the other for Planet Ant, which was made with the assistance of the fantastic Glasgow Science Centre!
